How we sort

Here we explain the main criteria for the order of therapists on Pantharia and how we verify reviews.

No paid placement

Nobody can buy a better position. A paid plan (Premium) does not change the order either.

Reviews
The average of verified reviews carries the most weight. A few reviews count cautiously: until there are enough, we use a neutral average. A single 5-star review does not put a practice at the top.
Feedback after appointments
How patients rate their progress after appointments, anonymously and only from 5 responses. These values are used only for the order, are not published and are no promise of treatment success.
Free appointments
Practices with free appointments in the next 7 days rank higher.
Profile and responsiveness
Photo, a meaningful description and how quickly the practice answers appointment requests.

Reviews 35 %, feedback after appointments 30 %, free appointments 20 %, profile and responsiveness 15 %.

Trained at the Pantharia Akademie: practices with a verified degree from our academy receive a fixed, small advantage. The academy belongs to Pantharia.
New on Pantharia: in the first 60 days after publication a practice receives a small advantage so that new practices are found too.
Daily rotation: practices with almost the same result take turns in the order every day.

Only people who had an appointment via Pantharia that actually took place can leave a review.
Each review belongs to exactly one appointment. One review per appointment is possible.
Practices can reply to reviews but cannot delete or change them.
We remove phone numbers, e-mail addresses and links from the published text. We do not publish patients' names.
With fewer than 3 reviews we show “New” instead of an average.
